Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only) to support feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies.

You’ll partner with trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to translate goals into actionable strategies. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end enrollment support, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization across global studies.
• Translate trial goals and inputs into practical recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare the Global Trials Optimization Report and updates through the lifecycle.
• Monitor enrollment performance and provide actionable insights.
