Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only) to support program feasibility, recruitment and retention planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies. You’ll translate trial goals, country input, and enrollment insights into practical strategies that support study execution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Strong written communication skills for reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs to support feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Recruitment and Retention Planning: Lead early recruitment and retention planning during feasibility, including inputs for project cost estimates.
• In-Life Trial Management: Partner with study teams to identify enrollment challenges, assess risks, and recommend mitigations.
