Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). You will drive feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life optimization across global trials, partnering with clinical teams, vendors, and analytics to optimize enrollment and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning or trial optimization.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics and other partners.
• Strong written communication skills for clear reports, plans, updates and study materials.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: gather data, benchmarks and modeling inputs.
• Support program review development and validation requests.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables and country validation.
• Support validation activities, scenario planning and final allocation requests.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and keep reports current.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budgeting.
• Coordinate enrollment materials and vendor interactions for trial sites.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for enhanced support.
