Arrow Electronics seeks a Legal Director, Global Trade Compliance Counsel to lead its global trade compliance program and provide expert guidance on export controls, sanctions, and antiboycott laws across the enterprise.

The role requires a J.D. with bar admission, at least five years in U.S. export control matters, and proven ability to manage a large multinational team; travel is required, with Centennial, CO or remote work options.

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership required.
• Minimum five years in U.S. export control, sanctions, or anti-boycott with multinational exposure.
• Experience leading a large, global trade compliance team.
• Experience advising on export licensing and compliance documentation.
