You will influence policy, assist with licensing, and guide risk management while partnering with business leaders to enable compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in U.S. export control laws and regulations.
• Experience with embargoes, sanctions, denied parties and anti-boycott requirements.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on U.S. and international trade laws, including export controls and sanctions.
• Lead the global trade compliance organization and counsel internal clients.
• Advise on export licensing, classifications, and compliance documents.
• Review contracts for trade compliance and collaborate with business units.
