Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in U.S. export control laws and regulations, embargoes, sanctions, and anti-boycott requirements.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor U.S. and foreign export regulations for applicability to Arrow.
• Provide counsel on sanctions regimes, HTS, customs regulations, and licensing processes.
• Advise on export licensing and authorizations with business leadership.
• Guide export compliance documentation and classifications.
• Lead a large global trade compliance team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
