Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an Import-Export Classification Specialist (Remote, USA) to classify goods, assign HS codes, Schedule Bs, and ECCNs in compliance with government regulations. You will collaborate with Logistics and Customs Compliance to ensure accurate entries and regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and timely communication of classification changes to the team. A strong background in HS classifications and export controls is required.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of import/export regulations and HS classifications.
• Understanding of ECCN and license requirements.
• Ability to process compliant and timely customs entries.
• Strong MS Office skills and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Classify goods for import/export with accurate HS codes, Schedule Bs and ECCNs.
• Identify and obtain required information for proper classification and origin.
• Maintain records supporting classification at product master and entry levels.
• Support classification reviews and audit processes; communicate changes to management.
