Percona, a leader in open source database solutions, seeks a Technical Account Manager Team Manager to lead a global TAM team. You will drive customer success, coordinate with Sales, Support, Consulting, and Engineering, and ensure operational excellence across engagements.

You will coach and develop associates, manage workload, and remove blockers while aligning with strategic priorities in a remote, international setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related role within an enterprise tech organization.
• 2+ years leading or managing customer-facing teams, coaching and developing talent.
• Experience with large enterprise customers, complex org structures, and critical escalations.
• Database technologies knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and open source ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a global team of Technical Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Oversee delivery of TAM services for strategic customers with high service standards.
• Establish processes for engagement, planning, escalations, and internal coordination.
• Identify risks and deliver improvements to customer experience; coordinate cross-functional resources.
