Thriving on proactive research and candidate engagement, you'll focus on identifying, attracting, and activating top-tier passive talent across high-priority orgs.
We are looking for a relentless talent scout who excels at deep research, crafting compelling outreach, and building talent pools to support fast-moving hiring initiatives in a dynamic startup environment. This role will be a 3 month term with the option to extend.

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $90,000-$100,000. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
