Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Analyst for Global Talent and Change Management to design, execute, and continually improve talent processes, performance systems, and change initiatives across the business.

This role collaborates with HR and line leaders to ensure scalable, regionally relevant programs. You will partner with HRBPs and HRIS, draft stakeholder communications, support organizational design, and help manage annual performance cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting talent management processes including performance reviews and talent planning.
• Ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate messages and materials.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and change management.

Responsibilities

• Help design and develop talent management frameworks, tools, and materials ensuring content is regionally relevant and scalable.
• Coordinate talent intake with HRBPs and HRIS to gather needs, define scope, and set timelines for initiatives.
• Contribute to change management strategies for HR and business transformations.
• Draft stakeholder communications, support readiness assessments, and track adoption of changes.
• Create information decks and presentations to convey OE initiatives to diverse audiences.
• Assist in organizational design materials like org charts and workforce planning resources.
• Support end-to-end execution of the annual performance review cycle.
