  • Design information decks, visuals, and materials communicating OE initiatives.
  • Assist in org design materials like org charts and workforce planning.

Reporting to the Lead, Global Talent and Change Management, this role partners across HR and the business to design, execute, and continuously improve the systems and experiences that shape how Skechers develops talent, manages performance, and navigates change.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Help to design and develop talent management frameworks, tools, and materials – including facilitator guides and program resources – ensuring content is regionally relevant, scalable, and aligned to business objectivesCoordinate talent intake processes by partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HRIS to gather business needs, define scope, and align on timelines and deliverables for talent initiatives across client groupsContribute to the development and execution of change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiativesDraft stakeholder communications, support readiness assessments, and track adoption to ensure changes land effectively and sustainablyDesign and develop compelling information decks, visual presentations, and communication materials that effectively convey talent and organizational effectiveness (OE) initiatives to diverse audiences across the businessAssist in the development of organizational design materials such as org charts, role mapping, and workforce planning resourcesSupport the end-to-end execution of the annual performance review cycleWHAT YOU’LL BRING:Provide ad hoc support for internal HR projects and initiatives as neededStay current on HR trends and best practices related to talent management, organizational development, and change managementPrior experience supporting or executing talent management processes, including performance reviews and talent planning is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate messages and materialsAbility to work independently with a high degree of organization, follow-through, and attention to detailComfortable managing competing priorities and working effectively during high-volume periodsCollaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracyEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent internship or academic experience will be considered or experience in the business leveraging talent related tools and resourcesExperience with Workday considered a plusExperience working with global teams is preferredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-NoThe pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 yr/usd.About SkechersSkechers, a global Fortune 500 company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
