Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. in Southern California is seeking an Analyst, Global Talent and Change Management to design, implement, and continually improve talent, performance, and change initiatives.

You will coordinate talent intake, support HR business partners, and contribute to change strategies across the organization. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in HR or related fields, strong communication, and experience with talent management processes; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting talent management processes and programs.
  • 2-5 years in Human Resources or related field; internship or academic experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and develop talent management frameworks, tools, and materials.
  • Coordinate talent intake processes with HRBPs and HRIS to gather business needs.
  • Contribute to change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiatives.
  • Draft stakeholder communications, readiness assessments, and track adoption.
  • Design information decks, visuals, and materials communicating OE initiatives.
  • Assist in org design materials like org charts and workforce planning.
  • Support annual performance review cycle execution.
