You will own strategic HR initiatives, drive talent planning and organizational design, coach leaders through change, and bring data-driven insights from Workday and Excel to inform critical decisions. This hybrid role requires a broad consumer industry background, strong business acumen, and a track record of influencing outcomes at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in progressive HR roles with strong HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and driving business-impactful HR programs.
• Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel required.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and modern HR technology encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own HR partnerships for corporate business units and advise senior leaders.
• Lead talent planning, succession, workforce planning, and org design.
• Coach leaders through performance management and organizational change.
• Navigate employee relations and partner with compliance on investigations.
• Build data-driven insights using Workday and Excel to inform decisions.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
