Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a world-class Global Talent Acquisition professional to manage all aspects of the recruiting process for a range of openings.

This is a temporary, project-based engagement with a focus on high-volume technology and logistics roles, fully remote within the United States and aligned to typical business hours. You will source and screen candidates, post jobs, run intake meetings with Hiring Managers, manage feedback, and keep the ATS up to date.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates using various channels and databases.
• Maintain job postings and ensure accuracy in ATS.
• Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers and conduct phone screens/interviews.
• Maintain current data in ATS and document recruiting activities.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring decisions, salary offers and closing candidates.
• Interact with stakeholders across management levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on TA projects.
