Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a world-class Global Talent Acquisition resource for a remote, project-based role to manage all aspects of the recruitment process for a variety of openings across technology and logistics sectors.

This temporary opportunity supports rapid growth and requires experience in high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and collaboration with Hiring Managers across time zones. Candidates must be available during standard business hours in US time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using social recruiting, internet, resume databases, networking and events.
• Maintain and update job postings and ATS records.
• Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers and conduct phone screens and interviews; share feedback.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers on offers, salary negotiations and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on talent acquisition projects.

Job Overview

We are looking for a world class Global Talent Acquisition resource to support our rapid growth. This employee will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for a variety of openings.

This is a temporary, project-based opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting within the technology and logistics sectors. This is a 100% remote position, and we welcome applicants from all U.S. time zones; however, candidates must be available to work during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet, websites, resume databases, networking, job fairs, professional organizations
• Maintain job postings
• Lead Intake meetings with Hiring Managers, conduct phone screens and interviews, and collect and share feedback from both Candidates and Hiring Managers to keep all parties informed with updates
• Maintain current and accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide detailed documentation of all recruiting and hiring activities in the system
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates, Hiring Managers
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring decisions, salary negotiation, delivering offers, and closing Candidates
• Interact with a diverse audience, including different levels of management
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in interviewing and interacting with candidates to build rapport quickly
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Exceptional sourcing skills
• Demonstrated success in filling high-volume requisitions with high-caliber candidates
