Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Supplier Performance & Metrics to lead supplier quality oversight and KPI reporting across external partners.

The role emphasizes data analytics, audit support, and risk management in collaboration with Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. You will work to maintain GMP/GDP-aligned processes, develop dashboards, and present performance data to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in pharma/biotech/medical device with QA, supplier quality, external manufacturing, or CMO management.
• Experience with supplier quality programs, supplier audits, quality systems, or external manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality representative for assigned suppliers, including CMOs, CDMOs, laboratories, packaging suppliers, and other GMP service providers.
• Prepare and present supplier quality performance data in governance meetings and business reviews.
• Identify and escalate supplier quality concerns and risks with recommended actions to the Senior Manager.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of supplier audits for API manufacturers, drug product CMOs, packaging suppliers, and contract laboratories.
