Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager of Global Supplier Performance & Metrics to drive day-to-day supplier quality management strategies across global operations.

You will partner with Global Quality, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, lead audits, TrackWise Digital usage, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or health-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical quality, supplier quality, or CMO management.
• Hands-on TrackWise Digital experience and global GxP regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier quality, audits, and performance to ensure GMP/GDP compliance.
• Produce data-driven quality insights and management-level reports.
• Coordinate audits and maintain quality agreements with external suppliers.
