Job summary

Otsuka is seeking a Manager, Global Supplier Performance & Metrics in the United States to oversee day-to-day supplier performance monitoring and quality oversight. You will collaborate with Global Quality, Technical Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure GMP/GDP compliance across external suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field and at least 3 years in pharma or medical devices, with experience in QA or supplier quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, External Manufacturing Quality, or CMO management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and quality metrics.
• Support supplier audits and risk-based supplier management activities.
• Prepare KPI reports and assist in maintaining GMP/GDP compliant supplier programs.
