Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Supplier Performance & Metrics to oversee supplier quality, analytics, and audits across global operations.

The role focuses on KPI reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement with collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has a scientific/engineering background, 3+ years in pharma/biotech quality, and hands-on experience with TrackWise Digital and supplier audits, enabling robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering/health discipline.
3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device quality roles.
Experience with TrackWise Digital or similar eQMS.
Experience with supplier quality programs and audits.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Quality representative for suppliers (CMOs, CDMOs, labs).
Prepare supplier quality performance data for governance meetings.
Develop dashboards and scorecards for supplier performance.
Support supplier audits and CAPAs.
Maintain TrackWise Digital supplier quality modules.
