Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Supplier Development Engineer to lead capacity development across forging, airfoil, and structural components, advancing production ramp-up and meeting customer demand.

You will drive global sourcing strategies, manage technical qualification with SQEs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks, improve manufacturability, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced energy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier capacity development across forging, airfoil, and structural components to support ramp-up and meet demand.
• Execute global sourcing strategies and accelerate milestones to address capacity requirements.
• Review engineering documentation and assess deviations with SQEs to expedite approvals while maintaining quality.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks by evaluating capacity constraints and implementing throughput-improving projects.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of specifications to improve manufacturability and support production processes.
