Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, overseeing study management, site management, and vendor deliverables for global trials. You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive recruitment, and ensure on-time, high-quality data delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in study management, budget oversight, and collaboration with CROs.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and/or study management.
• Oversight of CROs and vendors with cost projections.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Ability to travel as required for IMs and vendor meetings.
• Strong knowledge of study management processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates global study management from startup to data release.
• Provides oversight of regional operations and CRO tasks.
• Sets recruitment targets and delivery milestones with cross functional teams.
• Manages budget, contracts, and vendor spend for study tasks.
• Ensures TMF setup and study level plan development.
• Drives inspection readiness and risk mitigation for studies.
