Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of quality data and effective vendor management. The role involves coordinating CROs, investigators, and cross-functional teams to drive study startup, monitoring, and execution activities.

The GSM II will lead planning, training, and budget governance, with accountability for risk management and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years of operational clinical trial experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Scientific/technical degree preferred with deep clinical trial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global execution of clinical trials from start-up to database release.
• Oversee study management, site management, and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure inspection readiness and budget oversight.
