Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the full study lifecycle, owning study management, site management, CRO/vendor oversight, and delivery of key study artifacts worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive feasibility, start-up, monitoring, and submission readiness, mentor SOMs, and ensure budgets and timelines are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with Core clinical trial operations experience.
• Master’s degree or scientific/technical degree preferred with extensive trial knowledge.
• Experience overseeing CROs and vendors; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global study management from startup to closeout.
• Provide oversight of CROs, vendors, budgets and timelines.
• Mentor SOMs and drive study level plans and risk management.
• Ensure inspection readiness and TMF setup for studies.
• Coordinate training, budgeting, and cross-functional communication.
• Support submission readiness and data quality across sites.
