Job summary

CodeAI is seeking a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to shape the strategy for scaling CS+AI education worldwide. You will lead the global team, define market approaches, and build multi-workstream programs with ministries, schools, and partners.

This role blends policy engagement with program execution to maximize impact. Responsibilities include owning global performance, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into classroom-ready operating models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, especially in AI/CS.
• Deep nonprofit experience with ministries of education and school systems to expand equitable CS access.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous operating style enabling cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to design and scale multi-workstream programs: curriculum, PD, government relations, partnerships.
• Comfort presenting strategic frameworks to boards and funders, and inspiring educators.
• Proven track record building data-driven systems to measure program impact at scale.
• Trusted mentor capable of aligning diverse teams and partners around common goals.

Responsibilities

• Define CodeAI's global strategy and market approaches to expand CS+AI access.
• Own global performance using data, market insights, and partner feedback to drive impact.
• Decide priority markets and scalable approaches balancing depth and breadth of reach.
• Lead a small Global team and manage budget, vendors, and partnerships.
• Build programs that integrate curriculum, products, marketing, operations, and partnerships.
• Represent CodeAI to ministries of education, partners, and media.
• Translate global strategy into actionable operating models for classrooms.
