CodePath, Inc. is hiring a Senior Director of Curriculum to lead vision, strategy, and execution of the entire curriculum portfolio. You will set long-term direction for AI-native software engineering, interview prep, cybersecurity, and web development while shaping high-impact courses.

You will collaborate with Learning, Engineering, Platform, Revenue, and Employer Partnerships to keep courses rigorous and industry-aligned, while building a scalable team and roadmap for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with credibility to shape CS and AI-native curriculum.
• Proven excellence in curriculum design or instructional leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical curriculum used by thousands of learners.
• Excitement to incorporate AI-first curriculum tooling and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term curriculum strategy and modular architecture.
• Own the curriculum product roadmap with 12-month visibility.
• Maintain curriculum catalog across Web/Mobile/Cybersecurity/AI-native offerings.
• Lead design and launch of new courses aligned to industry needs.
