Job summary

CodeAI seeks a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to guide strategic direction for expanding CS+AI learning outside the U.S. You will build programs, partnerships, and systems to achieve scalable, measurable impact in education globally, while representing CodeAI to ministries of education, partners, and media.

You will balance depth-market investment with breadth-market scale, turning big-picture strategy into classroom-ready operating models and ensuring alignment with CodeAI's mission

Qualifications

• 7+ years driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide focusing on AI/CS.
• Deep experience in nonprofit settings with ministries of education and teacher networks.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous operating style aligning programs across ecosystems.
• Ability to design and scale programs spanning multiple workstreams: curriculum, PD, gov relations, partnerships.
• Experience presenting strategic frameworks to boards and funders, and inspiring educators.
• Track record building data-driven systems to measure program effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define CodeAI's global strategy and market approaches to expand CS+AI learning.
• Own global performance using data, insights, and partner feedback to improve impact.
• Decide where global efforts should focus for depth vs breadth in markets.
• Lead with autonomy and align priorities across the organization.
• Build and scale global programs with partners and ecosystems.
• Design frameworks and partner models integrating curriculum, product, marketing, operations.
