Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a senior strategist to lead project and program management solutions for design and construction across global geographies. You will support the PDS Sales and Solutions Development Teams, shaping proposals, methodologies and KPIs for multi-region programs.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction and corporate real estate, with strong client-facing and executive communication skills, and a willingness to travel 25%.

• Adapts management strategies to regional construction practices and regulations.
• Applies market research on regional trends to inform solution development.
• Collaborates with global teams for consistent yet locally relevant delivery.
• Develops KPIs and metrics to measure management effectiveness.
• Facilitates client workshops to identify pain points in current processes.
• Creates case studies and ROI analyses to demonstrate value of approaches.
• Advises on change management strategies to improve client practices.
• Stays updated on construction technologies and integrates them into solutions.
• Develops stakeholder management frameworks for multinational initiatives.
• Creates governance structures for large-scale programs.
