Job summary

Technovation, the world\'s largest AI accelerator for girls and women, is seeking a Global Social Media & Online Community Manager. This U.S.-based, remote role offers a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 and leads our global social presence and community health.

You will own the social calendar, produce day-to-day content, edit short-form video, and collaborate with Women Techmakers and chapters to amplify stories and strengthen the brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in community management or social media roles.
• Experience building online communities and volunteer/ambassador programs.
• Ability to manage multiple channels, content calendars, and voice across platforms.
• Strong written communication in English and experience with content creation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Technovation's global social presence across platforms and the content calendar.
• Produce day-to-day social content, including graphics, carousels, stories, and short-form video.
• Edit and assemble short-form video from events and contributor clips for social channels.
• Source and shape stories from across programs, Women Techmakers, chapters and fundraising.
• Moderate day-to-day community interactions across channels with strong safety standards.
