Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Sr Site Contracts Specialist assigned to client with a remote work option. You will manage complex contract processes across countries and support site budgeting. Collaborate with Site Contract Service Center, Legal, Clinical Operations, and Finance to harmonize contracts and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Experience negotiating and preparing contracts for industry-sponsored clinical trials.
Ability to review and own site-specific contracts from templates.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations).

Responsibilities

Lead multi-country projects negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets and related documents.
Create site-specific contracts from country CTA templates and submit for review.
Negotiate budgets and contracts with sites and sponsors until issues are resolved.
Perform quality control, arrange execution of CTAs, and archive documents with metadata.
Administer contract management processes across protocol, consent, institution, investigator, vendor and consultant docs.
Maintain and update contract templates, budgets and site files; streamline processes.
