Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States (Remote) seeks a Senior Site Activation Manager II to lead start-up and activation of clinical research sites across complex studies. You will own site activation deliverables and timelines, coordinating with sponsors, sites, and regulatory stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and help ensure on-time study delivery while adhering to ICH-GCP and company standards, enabling impactful therapies to reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical/science field or equivalent clinical research experience.
• 7+ years CRO/pharma start-up, project or site management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and site activation activities across assigned projects.
• Primary point of contact for site activation deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path activities on time and within budget.
• Monitor site identification, essential documents, regulatory submissions, and contracts.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to support on-time delivery.
• Track activation metrics and report status to sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain site activation plans with project teams.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets and business development related to site activation.
• Coach and mentor Site Activation Managers and drive SOP improvements.
