Jobgether is seeking an Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery to lead and optimize offshore partnerships and global service operations. The role focuses on ensuring reliable system access, consistent service quality, and measurable performance improvements across the healthcare services domain.

You will engage with onshore and offshore teams, set governance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments.
• Proven ability to manage global partner relationships and offshore subcontractors.
• Strong project management and governance skills with PMP preferred.
• Ability to establish KPIs/SLAs and drive performance improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Service Delivery, IT, Security, Training and Quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee offshore partnerships and serve as primary contact for issues and escalations.
• Direct service delivery operations and set priorities and performance expectations.
• Define and manage KPIs/SLAs to monitor productivity and quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports to analyze trends and risks.
• Collaborate across Service Delivery, IT, Security, Training and Quality to improve processes.
• Lead governance through regular reviews and stakeholder communication.
