Qualifications

• 4+ years sales compensation administration/accounting/finance experience
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Experience with Salesforce and Xactly Incent or a similar application preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Calculate and pay incentive compensation for the global sales organization
• Work with Sales Operations to process compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes
• Provide ad hoc support on commission inquiries and reporting needs
• Assist in streamlining, automating, and improving end-to-end commission processes
• Partner with Sales Operations to maintain worldwide annual compensation plans
• Develop and improve documentation and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors on control evaluations and audits
• Provide world-class service to Sales and internal customers
• Build partnerships with Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
