RB Global is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support recurring commission calculations, data validation, and payout preparation for assigned sales populations. The role collaborates with the Sales Compensation team to ensure accurate plan governance and timely reporting.
You will maintain compensation data, assist with system updates, and help drive process improvements while staying mindful of high-volume cycles and occasional travel.

The Sales Compensation Analyst supports recurring sales compensation administration, commission calculation support, exception tracking, data validation, and reporting activities. This role helps ensure sales compensation programs are administered accurately and on time in accordance with approved plan rules and governance requirements.
The role supports Sales Compensation Operations by maintaining data inputs, preparing routine calculations and reports, researching exceptions, and partnering with team members to resolve stakeholder questions. More complex exceptions, governance questions, or plan interpretation issues are escalated to the Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or Sales Compensation Manager.
