Job summary

Five9 seeks a Manager, Sales Commissions to lead end-to-end administration, governance, and evolution of its global sales commission programs. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant commission payments for sales and customer success reps, and oversees the ICM tool and related integrations.

You will manage a small team, partner with Finance, Sales Ops, Payroll, and Audit, and design commission models to support evolving plans, new roles, SPIFFs, and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales commissions, revenue operations, or compensation accounting, including people leadership.
• Hands-on experience administering ICM tools.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and bookings systems.
• Experience with SOX controlled commission processes in public companies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reconciliation abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Payroll, HR, and Audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commission process for hundreds of quota-carrying reps with accurate payouts.
• Manage a small team with coaching, workload prioritization and performance guidance.
• Escalate commission disputes, complex calculations, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Payroll and HR on plans, bookings, and data.
• Own the Company ICM system configuration, rules, hierarchies, and rate tables.
• Design and maintain commission models to support evolving plans, new roles and SPIFFs.
• Validate calculations, tie-outs, and variance analysis before payout.
• Ensure scalability and auditability as the organization grows.
