Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager within the Global Commissions Team to partner with cross-functional groups and ensure fair, motivating sales compensation programs aligned with GTM and company strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in complex commission data structures, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel with AI tooling experience. Base salary range and bonus/equity opportunities are provided for US‑based roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in supporting complex commission data structures for diverse sales incentive programs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to develop competitive compensation structures that align with go-to-market and revenue goals as well as effectively balance budget constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement, make recommendations for changes to processes and workflows, and execute on those changes.
• Lead coordination with various teams to ensure commission deliverables are met.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Lead analysis of anomalies and plan effectiveness to provide meaningful and accurate insights to senior leadership.
• Influences the decision-making process and final outcome by providing detailed analysis, models and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner.
