Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Program Manager to lead multi-stream SaaS implementations for Manufacturing CPG and Life Sciences clients. You will manage delivery across geographically dispersed teams, combining functional and technical expertise in TMS, WMS, planning, and S&OP.

You will guide large-scale projects, motivate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer trust while driving value and on-time delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment. Travel up to 50% is required for client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience leading complex projects and programs in Manufacturing CPG or Life Sciences.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Experience leading enterprise-level integration projects and API management.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and risks in implementation projects and escalate early to leadership.
• Keep teams on track to delivery plans and recover timelines with creative solutions.
• Identify additional opportunities to drive value for customers.
• Lead customers new to SaaS journey by coordinating the right team members.
