Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver on complex BY WMS programs. You will lead architecture discussions, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to practice development, while collaborating with clients to unlock value and drive implementations.

The role requires real-world BY WMS design, configuration and implementation experience, with travel as needed across multi-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience and ability to design against specifications.
• 2+ years of Blue Yonder WMS application configuration and warehousing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 6 years of experience with Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across complex BY WMS programs across sites/workstreams.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define solution/integration architectures aligned with client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants in the team.
• Contribute to practice development via accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support business development activities including pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce delivery standards and best practices.
