Job summary

Blue Yonder is a leading SaaS and AI-driven global supply chain solutions software provider. We are seeking multiple Solution Architects to join the Professional Services team to ensure customers realize value from Blue Yonder Transportation Management solutions.

This role will drive design, optimization, and implementation for Fortune 500 customers across the Americas, partnering with Project Managers and Technical Consultants to deliver solutions on time and with impact.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems or similar.
Experience in a customer-facing role gathering requirements and delivering software solutions.
Experience in consulting or supply chain centers preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions for customers.
Lead requirements gathering and solution design to meet business processes.
Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment to ensure a smooth transition.
Balance scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve value and satisfaction.
Identify incremental revenue opportunities and present business cases.
