Job summary

HealthEdge, a leader in AI-powered healthcare tech, seeks a Resource Analyst to manage, optimize, and forecast the utilization of a large, global workforce within the GPS Operations team. You will ensure the right talent is deployed to client implementations, advisory services, and code delivery projects.

Responsibilities include capacity planning for 1,200+ resources, staffing optimization, PSA tool data integrity, and proactive utilization forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in resource coordination, workforce management, or business analysis within a software/tech environment.
• Healthcare IT or SaaS enterprise experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain unified capacity planning and scheduling data for 1,200+ resources across multiple global units.
• Evaluate project demands and match resources by skills, availability and experience to form optimal teams.
• Support system migration and maintain scheduling databases (OpenAir, PSA tools) ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor utilization metrics weekly, monthly and quarterly (billable vs non-billable) and report findings.
• Identify future supply vs demand gaps and flag risks to GPS leads.
• Draft operational analyses to guide hiring, cross-training and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with regional delivery leads and international teams to balance resource demands.
• Coordinate with Finance and HRBP to align allocations with budgets and headcount plans.
