Job summary

RKL LLP seeks a Resource Manager to partner with service-line leaders and engagement teams, aligning staffing with client needs and utilization targets. You will translate strategy into actionable staffing plans, address capacity risks, and improve processes, tools, and data quality.

The role requires seven or more years in resource management, advanced Excel, and experience with ProStaff. Regular travel and after-hours availability may be necessary to meet deadlines and ensure delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, operations, analytics.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in resource management, workforce planning, capacity planning, scheduling, or operations analysis.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to align capacity with priorities and utilization goals.
  • Experience forecasting, dashboards, reports, and leadership-level presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate service-line demand and utilization goals into actionable resource plans.
  • Develop forecasts, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and recommendations to improve utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement and change-management initiatives for staffing strategies and data quality.
