Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This senior role guides strategic quality and regulatory engagements across GxP in a global setting, blending client advisory with consulting leadership and practice development. Remote position for US-based candidates; travel required for project delivery.

Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, regulatory, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor on strategic quality and regulatory engagements.
• Maintain high billable utilization consistent with senior consulting expectations.
• Support business development by leading proposal development and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership by developing white papers and representing the organization at industry events.
• Mentor and coach consultants and project directors within the Quality & Regulatory practice.
• Collaborate with teams to align resources with strategic client needs.
• Support practice planning and service-line evolution under the direction of senior leadership.
