Job summary

Amphenol ICC's High Speed Products Group is seeking a Group Quality Director to lead global quality strategy, customer engagement, and supplier quality across multi-site operations in a remote role with global travel.

This executive will partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure world-class quality from concept and development through volume production and field performance, using APQP, Six Sigma, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in high-speed interconnects or related electronics manufacturing.
• Global, multi-site quality leadership experience across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Experience supporting Tier-1 technology customers, hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and AI infrastructure providers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% globally and operate in a remote environment.
• Deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global HSPG Quality Strategy aligned with business growth objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead executive customer reviews, escalations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
• Embed quality throughout the product development lifecycle with NPI quality leadership.
• Direct manufacturing and supplier quality across global facilities to ensure rapid containment and sustainable improvements.
• Manage supplier qualification, development, audits, and joint improvement initiatives with measurable KPIs.
• Oversee reliability, failure analysis, and data analytics to reduce field failures and warranty costs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality standards and audits.
