You will drive quality metrics, lead senior reviews, and guide supplier quality, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10–12 years in quality management and manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site quality systems.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global quality strategy for the Backplane OverPass unit.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual quality reviews with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
• Drive supplier quality management and audits across regions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve yield and COPQ.
