Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Group Quality Director to lead global quality strategy for the High Speed Products Group.

This executive will drive customer and supplier quality management, NPI quality, and manufacturing quality while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure world-class product quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Global multi-site quality leadership experience.
• Experience with Tier-1 technology customers, hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global HSPG Quality Strategy aligned with growth and customer requirements.
• Lead executive customer reviews, escalations, and corrective action programs.
• Drive quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement across sites.
• Travel up to 40% to support customers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
