Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Global Quality Manager to lead the end-to-end quality strategy for Cable Backplane Systems. You will drive QMS governance, supplier and NPI quality, and continuous improvement across multiple sites worldwide.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, 10–15+ years in quality leadership in electronics manufacturing, and a proven record with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE/ME/IE) required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years in Quality leadership across multi-site electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define the global Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and KPIs (FPY, DPPM, RMA rate, audit scores).
• Embed APQP/PPAP, CTQs, and gated readiness in new programs; drive process capability (Cp/Cpk) and MSA.
