Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10–15+ years progressive engineering experience.
• 5–10+ years project and/or people management experience.
• Experience working with global teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD and solid understanding of HSIO connector design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a global HSIO connectors engineering team and local test lab.
• Lead design, prototyping, qualification, and launch of HSIO connector products.
• Own end-to-end project execution with milestones and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Design, NPI, Operations, and Manufacturing partners to transition to production.
• Approve drawings, BOMs, and perform FEA/tolerance analyses to ensure robust designs.
