  • Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to perform mildly complex financial calculations.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and participating in continuous improvement objectives.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and track training of all client standards, tooling, and operational excellence expectations
  • Lead training and compliance for tooling usage
  • Work collaboratively with client Operational Excellence and Tooling teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant training materials and protocols across all sites.
  • Apply proper programs, tools, and resources to assist in training contingent workforce
  • Drive continual improvement demonstrating improvement in compliance,
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and documentation for new hires and ongoing skill development.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness and completion rates, identifying areas for process optimization.
  • Coordinate with site leadership to schedule and facilitate training sessions for new site mobilizations.
  • Report training compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings. Escalate and notify the company and client management of quality and compliance issues.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
