Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality and Compliance Director to oversee all quality and compliance deliverables for services to a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. This is an onsite role in Las Piedras, PR with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical leadership of Quality & Compliance facilities and operations strategic initiatives.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Set and track department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Manage all contractual agreement aspects and ensure staffing to meet contracted quality deliverables.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and align best practices across the client portfolio.
• Lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement for company and client.
• Negotiate Quality Agreements; oversee vendor management and approve vendors.
• Investigate deviations and incidents; guide corrective and preventative actions.
• Lead with CBRE RISE values and collaborate with partners to reach common goals.
