Job summary

MGT Impact Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engagement managers and consulting teams with daily project coordination and administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining plans, tracking milestones, and documenting meetings to ensure timely delivery.

You will handle data entry, reporting, and document management, while collaborating across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in project coordination or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint preferred.
• Experience with dashboards or data management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, logs, and action lists.
• Assist in meetings, document discussions and next steps.
• Prepare agendas and logistics for meetings.
• Support status reporting and risk communication to leads.
• Manage data entry, validation, and basic analysis.
• Organize project documents, templates, and repositories.
• Provide flexible operational support across engagements.
