Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM) to act as the strategic Security Advisor for a major global datacenter client.

The role is remote with a strong preference for candidates based in South Bend, IN or Chicago, IL, and entails owning the overall account strategy, security program execution, and profitability across datacenter locations. You will manage approximately $40M in annual revenue, lead global risk reviews, coordinate RFI/RFP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, security management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional certifications in security or risk management (CPP, PSP, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery across datacenter locations and evolving the security program.
• Hold full P&L ownership for about $40M in annual revenue and analyze data to drive profitability and contract compliance.
• Lead security risk reviews and global safety programs for datacenter facilities and coordinate events or emergency coverage as needed.
• Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies; partner with regions to staff effectively and retain profitable business.
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive presentations with client and Securitas leadership; address issues and drive improvements.
